At the beginning of the summer (June) I did the first cooking class I had done in a long time. It was so fun and it inspired me to continue them throughout the rest of the year. There were 6 ‘students’ and they were all so great in their participation. Which made it so enjoyable to cook and then dine with them.

Everyone gets involved in the chopping, mixing, stirring, prepping and cooking. I am a very hands on learner and I try to help everyone learn in the style that best suits them; hands on, listening, watching. My favorite part is watching them be so skeptical of what they are making (because they are unfamiliar with the dish or ingredients in the dish) and then watching their shock as they try it and love it! So rewarding!
