I am almost embarrassed to post this ‘recipe’ because it is just so easy.

Just 2 ingredients that don’t involve cooking or baking.

I also wonder if everyone has already heard of this ‘recipe.’ Maybe. But maybe not.

The only reason I assume not EVERYONE has heard of this fruit dip, is because I was only introduced to it a couple years ago. How did I not know about it sooner? I don’t have a good answer for that. But there is a first time for everything, right? Including a first time for all of us to be introduced to such a simple, easy, delicious recipe. So I hope for those of you who are being exposed to this for the first time, I hope you enjoy it.

With holiday parties starting up we will all be looking for a few simple ideas to keep in our back pocket for last minute or easy entertaining. And this is a great one, for kids and adults.

Ingredients
1 block (8 ounces)Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1 jar (8 ounces)Marshmallow Fluff

In a bowl with a hand mixer, whip the cream cheese for about 1 minute. Then add in the fluff. Mix just until combined. Pour into a bowl and chill until you are ready to use it. It can be chilled for up to a few days.

*I made this for myself for dinner one night, and used 2 ounces of each and it was plenty of dip for 1 nectarine, 1 pear, 1/2 a banana and a handful of strawberries.
