Can you tell which ones I made up? Totally Awesome Thursday, what, you’ve never heard of it?! Well, considered yourself educated.
I eat RANDOM crap. Its a fact. And I take pictures of it. Wanna see?
Ezekiel Bread with raspberry jam, cheddar cheese and blue cheese. Seriously, one of the best combination, since peanut butter and chocolate.
Pickles and iced coffee. No, I’m not pregnant.
Who says you need a campfire to roast marshmallows.
Coffee and Whip Cream.
Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream. It doesn’t have mint or ice cream in it though. Frozen banana, pb, spinach, and chocolate chips, thrown in the Vitamix and voila, magic, in my mouth!
Licorice Dipped in peanut butter. Don’t knock it til you try it.And now for some random fun facts, because I know you’re DIEING to know!
1. When I was 10 my dream car was a 4 door Ford Duly truck, with neon stripes on the side.
2. My current dream car is a yellow VW Bus with the license plate to read ‘Twinkie.’
3. My wedding dress only cost $250.
4. I walked down the isle to ‘You Shook Me All Night Long.’
5. I started college when I was 15.
6. I go through about 75 ounces of peanut butter a month.

I'm a wife, mom, runner, recipe developer, freelance writer, early riser, Christ follower, peanut butter lover, frozen yogurt addict. I think the majority of the food I consume should be life giving; healthy, natural raw fruits and veggies. Which allows me to have room to splurge occasionally, and I take full advantage of it.

smarty pants!! i do enjoy random facts… unfortunately i am not that random. maybe mine is that i started working as a summer intern in a giant corporate office when i was 15? (15 seems to be a magical age! lol) and then continued through school/college.

Hey–we have a lot in common! Some not so good–I sucked my thumb until about 8 or 9 too–and I moved to a different country for university when I was 16!

This is one of the strangest, and funniest posts you've ever written! The first photo scares me, and makes me happy, and sad…and angry…angry? No, not really. It's a super weird combination though. Why college so young? Awesome!

Funny stuff… I roast marshmallows on the stove all the time, I love peanut butter a lot, my favorite color is red, I sucked my thumb until I was 9!! And I have a four month old baby, my first, and I have the same pink water bottle you have sitting on your desk. We should be friends!
