Speaking of Crapology, I was really excited when I first saw this because I eat only whole grain, but then I got disappointed to see that you’ve also mixed in BLEACHED ALL PURPOSE FLOUR. Do you know what that crap does to your stomach??? It turns to really thick flour paste which take extra HOURS to get through your digestive tract!!! You may as well be eating RAW DOUGH!!! I’m sure that whatever you make with it is really good, thanks but not thanks. I’ll stick with whole grain as should we ALL because that is what is REALLY NATURAL just the way GOD intended.
By the way, if you really what to eat naturally healthy food the you need to also not eat bleached white sugar, only the raw sugar that they sell in bulk at places like Trader Joe’s or Henry’s and no white rice, only wild or brown, and of course, whole grain breads & tortillas.
